System Five. All systems can keep track of a customer's name,
address and phone number, but it's the additional features that
set Windward head and shoulders above the rest. Customer information
is automatically recorded and tracked. Whether the customer purchased
online or in the store, all customer information is easily accessible
from one screen. A merchant can quickly and easily view details
about a customer's contact information, purchasing history and
trends, outstanding balances, and much more. From the customer
screen, the merchant can apply payments, issue credit memos, or
do returns. This simple yet comprehensive interface enables the
merchant to manage and control all customers and transactions
from one screen, saving time.
For example, you can
enter e-mail address, web addresses, tax codes, price schedules,
contact names, warning comments, appointments, lookup words, vehicles,
and other bits of information to the customer file. You may not
need all of these options, so our soft switches can turn off the
options you do not use, such as vehicles if you are in the furniture
business.
