Special Pricing
Some businesses will provide negotiated pricing to specific customers
or corporations. Windward System Five can be set up to handle multiple
price ranges for a specific item.
Bar Code Support
Windward System Five will recognize manufacturers bar code numbers
or will create and print out customized bar codes.
Part Number
Instead of creating your own numbering system, you can simply use
the manufacturers number for each inventory item. This can make
parts easier to find and enter if appropriately labeled.
Serial Numbers
We not only store the serial numbers of the items for sale, you
are able to find out who the item was sold to, date of sale, invoice
number, and the price it sold for. This is great for warranty items.
Printable Comments
You can attach a comment to each inventory item, and these comments
will pop-up on the invoice so you are able to view it or print it
on the invoice itself.
Warning Comments
These comments can be entered for inventory items requiring special
treatment by the salesperson. For example, if a good was being sold,
the comment could remind the salesperson to ask the customer if
they had seen the matching accessory. The comments can be structured
in a way to help junior sales people sell additional inventory.
