Calendar Functions are integral to System Five's operations. Every time you make a note of a conversation with a customer, it shows on the calendar. Every appointment, delivery, reminder, birthday, all available for immediate access and reporting.

Deliveries If your business needs to keep track of deliveries, System Five's got you covered. You can set up a day's deliveries, and apply them to runs for different trucks. You can view by month, week or day, for any or all drivers.

Service Reminders If you regularly service customer equipment, you can schedule reminders so calls can be made, emails sent and service performed.

Opportunities Part of System Five's optional CRM module, the Opportunities report will summarise the progress of potential sales, including a wealth of useful information like salesperson, creation date, description, estimated closing date, completion percentage, user-defined stage, value and status. Anniversaries A monthly quick view of all your customer anniversaries and birthdays. Sometimes you forget, but System Five won't.

Mail System Five has a solid inter-office messaging system, so if you need to send questions, comments, warnings or updates to colleagues in another state, town, building or office, you can do so easily.
