System Five remembers. Its forty year history means you'll never have to seal off and archive previous transactions. If a customer asks about a purchase they made years ago, you can pull up the details of that sale with no more effort than a sale made yesterday.

Customer service is about the details, and System Five won't let you down. Its built-in calendar is connected to the entire system, so appointments and conversations can be tied to a customer or supplier account, viewed, edited and reported. You can attach documents like scanned contracts to a customer account, create pop-up warnings for other staff, or even upsell reminders.

You can find your customers quickly and easily, by searching for their phone numbers, address, their post code, account number and more. You can even add contact names, so that corporate customers can have all of their staff under the same account.

System Five has fantastic customisable customer reports too. Recently one of our customers asked about finding all big-spending customers who hadn't purchased anything in the last six months. This was no problem for System Five. You can create a report that includes many different inclusion criteria, specify the details in the report itself, and export it directly into Microsoft Excel for a mail merge.
