System Five is all about speed. Your front-line staff will use the main point of sale invoicing screen to make quick cash sales, laybys, invoices, estimates and customer orders. New staff can be taught the basics in minutes.
With the ability to link transactions to customers, Windward System Five makes it easier to identify profitable customers and the additional opportunities they represent. With the strong reporting power built in you can improve customer service and build stronger customer relationships.
With a couple of keystrokes you can see exactly how your store is doing, now or at any point in time. System Five instantly updates your stock quantities and financials with each transaction. You'll always know what?s available, on order, on hold, and what your best-selling items are.
Windward System Five can accommodate many types of pricing requirements for your wholesale/retail business. Contract pricing, up to one hundred price levels, exceptions for different customer and supplier/brand/category combinations, and more. Keeping up with rapidly changing prices is also made easier, with many ways to control and update your selling prices.
System Five knows numbers.
Instead of creating your own numbering system, you can use the manufacturer's number for each inventory item. This can make parts easier to find and enter if appropriately labeled. System Five also handles scanning and printing barcodes with speed and ease.
System Five handles up to 12 Alternate Suppliers, Part Numbers and Cost Prices for each part in your stock file. In addition, Windward System Five keeps track of superseding parts as numbers change over time.
System Five not only stores the serial numbers of the items for sale, but remembers who the item was sold to, when it was sold, on what invoice, and for how much. This is great for warranty items, and improving customer service.
You can attach a comment to each inventory item, and these comments will pop-up on the invoice so you are able to view it or print it on the invoice itself.
These comments can be entered for inventory items requiring special treatment by the salesperson. For example, if a good was being sold, the comment could remind the salesperson to ask the customer if they had seen the matching accessory. The comments can be structured in a way to help junior sales people sell additional inventory.
Windward System Five can store images of the actual item for viewing by the customer, printing on reports and invoices, and uploading to an E-Commerce site which is also available in the software.
